In order to guarantee food safety, the instruments must be calibrated. In order to increase legal security, we recommend repeating these calibrations once a year. Our calibration laboratories enjoy international repute, and are additionally licensed to carry out calibrations in the name of the German Calibration Service (DKD).

is a highly accurate alarm and storage thermometer – with measurement site management, it is ideal for spot checks in refrigerated rooms, for frozen goods and for monitoring baking temperatures.

The robust and compact measuring instrument with a probe input for high-precision Pt100 probes and two inputs for rapid thermocouple probes. The readings of up to three further temperature probes can be displayed in the clear display of the testo 735-2 measuring instrument in a wireless configuration, i.e. with transfer of measurement data by radio. This makes the testo 735-2 particularly suitable for:

  

  • Measurements on non-frozen foods
  • Measurements in frozen goods
  • Measurements in refrigerated chests and rooms

is the unique cooking oil tester. Use it to measure cooking oil quality – quickly and accurately.

The cooking oil is spent! Longer use is bad for the quality of the products and may lead to customercomplaints. The heart of the cooking oil tester testo 265 is the completely new capacitive oil sensor from Testo. With this sensor, measurements can be taken directly in the hot cooking oil, allowing check measurements to be made during operational production. Several fryers can be tested one after the other, without the need for the sensor to cool.

 

For you, using the testo 265 means:
